Surface Treatment Methods
Sandblasting is superior to grinding for the surface of Aluminum Alloy Cable Trays.
The surface wire drawing process addresses these three issues. Unfinished aluminum (in its natural color) should be used as the semi-finished product. These three methods are generally not recommended for treating the surface of aluminum alloy cable trays.
Milling, polishing, and polishing fluids are unsuitable for aluminum alloy cable trays. The natural color of aluminum alloy cable trays is not ideal, and the use of harmful chemical solutions should be minimized.
Hebei Aluminum Alloy Cable Trays
Currently, our factory mainly adopts the following surface treatment methods for aluminum alloy cable trays:
Anodizing (Natural Aluminum Color): Enhances the oxide layer on the surface of aluminum alloy cable trays, improving their corrosion resistance.
Electrostatic Powder Coating: Offers a wide range of colors, cost-effectiveness, and practicality.
Electrophoresis: Features a bright finish, mainly available in gold, silver, and champagne gold.
Fluorocarbon Coating: Provides rich color options, excellent weather resistance, but comes at a higher price.
Thermal Transfer Printing: Creates a wood grain finish through powder coating, offering an elegant appearance similar to real wood at a relatively high cost.
Surface spray coating treatment for aluminum alloy cable trays is customized based on the specific environment where the trays are installed, enhancing the aesthetic performance of the overall power supply system.
