Fireproof Cable Tray
Fireproof Cable Tray
As mechanical equipment used in power supply systems to secure cables, cable trays have been widely applied. When designing and selecting cable trays, full consideration must be given to heat dissipation, while also preventing cables from moisture, high-temperature exposure, and ensuring strong impact resistance. However, conventional cable tray designs fail to adequately emphasize these critical performance aspects.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new professional technical solution to balance supply and demand and address these issues.
The
Fireproof Cable Tray comprises a base plate and two side plates. The side plates are mounted on both sides of the base plate, and a partition plate is arranged at the center of the base plate. The partition plate is uniformly provided with semicircular holes. The upper edges of the two side plates are equipped with inwardly bent flanges, and a number of longitudinal reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner sides of the two side plates. The partition plate divides the base plate into two cable routing areas, each of which is provided with a heat dissipation structure. The bent flanges of the two side plates are each equipped with clamping devices that can connect to another cable tray.

The heat dissipation structure includes heat dissipation holes and heat insulation pads, which are alternately arranged on the base plate. The clamping device is a clamping steel buckle. Each cable routing area (7) is equipped with a heat dissipation structure, and the bent flanges (5) of the two side plates (2) are each equipped with clamping steel buckles (8) that can connect to another cable tray.
